OnlyAEO publishes this page and OnlyAEO is our product. Prices were checked on each vendor's own pricing page on 30 October 2026.
So you can judge the ranking, the criteria are stated below and applied to every tool, each price links to the vendor's own page, and every tool has a "skip it if" line, ours included. For the general version of this guide, see what is the best AEO platform in 2026.
What does a B2B SaaS company need from an AEO platform?
A B2B SaaS company needs a platform that tracks the comparison and "best tool" questions its buyers ask AI, and then helps it publish the pages that change those answers. Six criteria matter most for this segment.
- Tracks the prompts that decide shortlists. SaaS buyers ask "best X for Y", "X vs Y" and "alternatives to X". The platform should let you track those exact prompts and show which competitors AI names instead of you.
- Covers the engines your buyers use. Technical buyers lean on ChatGPT and Claude. Microsoft-heavy accounts meet Copilot at work. Check each vendor's engine list against your buyers, not against the longest list.
- Creates content, or has someone who will. Most SaaS marketing teams are small. A tracker that hands you a to-do list only helps if someone has hours each week to act on it.
- Shows the sources AI cites. Review sites, comparison posts, docs and community threads shape SaaS answers. You need to see which ones leave you out.
- Passes your own security review. If you sell to enterprises, your vendors get asked about SOC 2 and SSO too. Pick one whose evidence you can hand to procurement.
- Fits your stage and budget. A seed-stage team and a Series C team need different spend. Published prices range from $29/mo to custom contracts.
How did we compare these platforms?
We read each vendor's own pricing and product pages on 30 October 2026 and applied the six criteria above. We did not sign up for paid plans. Engine lists are as each vendor states them for its entry plan, with higher-plan coverage noted. Where a vendor does not publish a price, we say so instead of guessing.

Which AEO platform should a B2B SaaS team choose?
OnlyAEO: best if your SaaS team needs the content written, not just measured
OnlyAEO is an AEO platform. It finds the questions buyers ask AI, tracks which brands AI answers name and which sources they cite, and creates the content: fact-checked, answer-first articles on your own site, YouTube videos, and on the Authority plan, mentions on third-party sites, reviews, listings and directories. You can run it yourself, or our team runs it for you.
- Best for: SaaS teams of one to five marketers who lose the "best tool for X" answers to bigger competitors and have no spare writers.
- Price: Price on a short call. There is no public self-serve price yet.
- Engines: the platform tracks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek and Grok. The content is meant to help across all major assistants, including Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Copilot, but those are not tracked in the dashboard.
- Strengths: five checks on every piece (facts against sources, voice, tested links, an independent quality score of 85+, and your approval, so nothing goes live until you approve it). A Context graph keeps one record of your product behind every piece, so pricing tiers and integrations stay consistent. LLM Attribution logs 170+ AI crawlers and AI-referred visits. MCP lets Claude or ChatGPT add ideas, start articles, read drafts and request edits, as drafts only. SOC 2 Type II compliant.
- Proof: FastTrackr AI, a wealth-tech software company, went from 0.1% to 26.7% AI visibility and from #338 to #3 of 458 brands in about 100 days, per our FastTrackr case study. That is one client's result, not a forecast.
- Limits: 5 engines tracked, fewer than Profound's 9 or AthenaHQ's 11. No free plan. A younger company with fewer third-party reviews.
- Skip it if: you already have an in-house content team and only want tracking. A tracker such as Peec AI will cost less.
HubSpot AEO: best if your CRM and marketing already run in HubSpot
HubSpot AEO is in Beta. It costs $50/mo per brand, or $45/mo billed annually, and includes 25 prompts across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, with more prompts sold on top. A free trial covers the same 25 prompts with no card.
- Strength: it sits next to the CRM and marketing tools many SaaS teams already pay for. On Marketing Hub Pro and Enterprise, HubSpot says content creation tools are built in so you can act on recommendations there.
- Limit: the standalone product gives recommendations rather than written content, and covers 3 engines.
- Skip it if: your stack is not HubSpot, or Claude and Copilot matter to your buyers.
Peec AI: best if your team will act on the analytics itself
Peec AI's Starter plan costs $95/mo for 50 prompts, 3 active models, 1 project and unlimited seats. Pro is $245/mo and Advanced $495/mo. Its pricing page lists SOC 2 on every plan, with SSO on Enterprise. On the plans below Enterprise you choose 3 active models from ChatGPT, AI Mode, AI Overviews, Copilot, Gemini and Naver AI. Claude, Perplexity, Grok and DeepSeek come with Enterprise.
- Strength: clean analytics, API access from Pro, and an editor that turns a recommended action into a draft for an existing page.
- Limit: writing new articles is not described. Your team carries out the actions.
- Skip it if: nobody on your team has time to act on the findings. Our OnlyAEO vs Peec AI comparison goes deeper.
Profound: best if you are an enterprise SaaS company tracking many engines
Profound shows a free 7-day Trial (50 prompts daily on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews) and a custom-priced Enterprise plan covering up to 9 engines. Enterprise lists SSO/SAML and SOC 2 compliance. A paid self-serve price is not shown.
- Strength: the broadest named engine list of the tools here, and Agents that create and refresh content.
- Limit: no public paid price, so budget only after a sales call.
- Skip it if: you are a small team that needs a known monthly cost. See our OnlyAEO vs Profound comparison.
AirOps: best if your content team wants software to run its own workflows
AirOps sells Solo, Pro and Enterprise plans with no prices shown, and a 14-day free trial. Solo covers ChatGPT insights only; Pro lists 10+ answer engines. Its feature list includes content review with quality scores, human review and approvals, and version history.
- Strength: production workflows for teams that already have writers and editors.
- Limit: prices are not public, and you still supply the people.
- Skip it if: you want the vendor's team to do the work. Our AirOps vs managed AEO comparison covers that choice.
Scrunch: best if you want your current site restructured for AI agents
Scrunch Starter costs $300/mo, or $250/mo billed annually, for 350 custom prompts, 3 seats and 7 engines including Claude, Perplexity and Meta. There is a 7-day trial with no card. Its AXP product serves an AI-friendly version of your site.
- Strength: wide engine coverage on the entry plan, plus a technical fix for sites AI struggles to read.
- Limit: new article writing is not its focus.
- Skip it if: your gap is missing content, not unreadable pages.
Semrush AI Visibility: best if your SEO already runs in Semrush
The standalone AI Visibility plan costs $99/mo per domain, billed annually, for 25 custom prompts on ChatGPT, Google AI, Gemini and Perplexity, with AI competitor analysis and a site audit for AI readiness.
- Strength: AI and SEO data side by side in a tool your team may already know.
- Limit: no content creation on this plan, and 25 prompts is small for a SaaS product with many use cases.
- Skip it if: you want someone to write the pages.
Otterly.AI: best if you are testing AEO on a seed-stage budget
Otterly.AI Lite is $29/mo, or $25/mo billed annually, for 15 prompts on ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot, with unlimited seats. Gemini, AI Mode and Claude are paid add-ons.
- Strength: the lowest entry price here, with a free trial.
- Limit: 15 prompts covers only your core category questions, and it does not draft articles.
- Skip it if: you need Claude tracked by default or want writing help. Our OnlyAEO vs Otterly.AI comparison has more.
Which one should you pick, by situation?
- You have no writers and lose shortlists to bigger rivals: OnlyAEO.
- You run HubSpot and want a first number this week: HubSpot AEO.
- You have a content team and an analyst: Peec AI for tracking, or AirOps for production workflows.
- You sell to enterprises and need many engines and SSO: Profound Enterprise.
- Your pages are hard for AI to read: Scrunch.
- Your SEO lives in Semrush: Semrush AI Visibility.
- You have $30 a month and want to learn: Otterly.AI Lite.
How should a B2B SaaS team test an AEO platform before signing?
Test it on your own shortlist prompts, not the vendor's demo set. A two-week trial is enough to tell trackers apart.
- Write 20 to 30 real buyer prompts. Take them from sales calls and lost deals: "best [category] for [company size]", "[your product] vs [rival]", "alternatives to [rival]", and integration questions such as "[category] that works with Salesforce".
- Add your top three competitors. Ask each platform which of them AI names in those answers, and how often.
- Run the same prompts on every shortlisted tool. Answers change from run to run, so ask how many runs sit behind each number.
- Ask which sources AI cited. For SaaS, expect review sites, comparison posts, your docs and community threads. A useful tool shows which of these leave you out.
- Check the answers against your product facts. Note where AI gets your pricing tiers, integrations or limits wrong. Those errors become your first pages.
- Ask what would be published next, and by whom. If the answer is "your team", count the hours. If it is the vendor, ask to see a sample piece and its fact checks.
- Send the security questionnaire early. Ask for the SOC 2 report, not just the badge, and confirm SSO on your plan.

Questions SaaS buyers ask about AEO platforms
What is the best AEO tool for a B2B SaaS startup?
If nobody on your team has time to write, OnlyAEO, because it creates the content as well as tracking it. If you only want to measure first on a small budget, Otterly.AI Lite at $29/mo or HubSpot AEO at $50/mo per brand are the cheapest published entry points (checked 30 October 2026).
How much does an AEO platform cost for a SaaS company?
Published entry prices ran from $29/mo (Otterly.AI Lite) to $300/mo (Scrunch Starter) on 30 October 2026. Profound, AirOps and OnlyAEO do not publish a price; OnlyAEO is priced on a short call.
Do we need an AEO platform if we already use Semrush or HubSpot?
Maybe not for tracking. Both offer AI visibility add-ons. You need more only if you want more engines, more prompts, or the content created for you.
Which AI engines matter most for B2B SaaS buyers?
ChatGPT for most buyers, Claude for many technical buyers, Gemini and Google AI Overviews through search, and Copilot inside Microsoft-heavy companies. Ask your sales team which assistants buyers mention on calls.
Can an AEO platform help us get into AI best tools lists?
A tracker shows whether you are on those lists. Getting on them takes pages on your site that answer the comparison questions, plus mentions on the review and comparison sites AI cites. Check which of those each platform actually produces.
Does OnlyAEO track Perplexity?
No. The OnlyAEO platform tracks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek and Grok. The content it creates is meant to help across all major assistants, including Perplexity, but if Perplexity tracking is a must, Scrunch, Semrush or Otterly.AI include it.
