What Is the Best AEO Platform for Fintech and Wealth-Tech in 2026?

Seven AEO platforms compared for fintech and wealth-tech: compliance sign-off, fact-checking, SOC 2 and SSO, prices checked 30 October 2026, and how to test.

OnlyAEO publishes this page and OnlyAEO is our product. Prices were checked on each vendor's own pricing page on 30 October 2026.

This is a buyer's guide, not legal or compliance advice. Your compliance team decides what can be published. For the general version of this guide, see what is the best AEO platform in 2026.

What does a fintech or wealth-tech company need from an AEO platform?

A fintech or wealth-tech company needs an AEO platform that keeps every published claim true and approved, passes a security review, and shows what AI says about its fees, features and licences. Six criteria matter most.

  1. Claim sign-off before anything goes live. Rates, returns, fees and regulatory status need approval. A platform that auto-publishes is a risk; one that holds every piece for your approval fits how compliance already works.
  2. Facts checked against sources. AI engines treat money topics carefully and prefer sourced, specific claims. Every number on a page should trace to a source your compliance team accepts.
  3. Security evidence you can hand to your risk team. Ask for the SOC 2 Type II report, not just a badge, and check whether SSO is on your plan.
  4. A record of what AI said, word for word. If ChatGPT states the wrong fee or calls you a bank when you are not, you need the exact answer and prompt to escalate and fix it.
  5. The sources AI trusts in finance. Regulators, trade press, comparison sites and review platforms shape answers in this category. The platform should show which of them leave you out.
  6. One consistent version of your facts. Product names, fees and disclosures change. Content should be written from one approved record, so an old figure does not reappear in a new page.

How did we compare these platforms?

We read each vendor's own pricing, product and security pages on 30 October 2026 and applied the six criteria above. We did not request SOC 2 reports or sign up for paid plans, so treat every security line as the vendor's own statement and ask for the report.

Which AEO platform should a fintech or wealth-tech team choose?

OnlyAEO: best if you need content created, fact-checked and signed off

OnlyAEO is an AEO platform. It finds the questions buyers ask AI, tracks which brands AI answers name and which sources they cite, and creates the content: fact-checked, answer-first articles on your own site, YouTube videos, and on the Authority plan, mentions on third-party sites, reviews, listings and directories. You can run it yourself, or our team runs it for you.

  • Best for: fintech and wealth-tech teams where compliance reviews every claim and marketing has no spare writers.
  • Price: Price on a short call. No public self-serve price yet.
  • How it handles claims: five checks on every piece: facts against sources, voice, tested links, an independent quality score of 85+, and client approval. By default nothing goes live until you approve it, so your compliance reviewer sits in the flow, not after it. Every piece is written from a Context graph, one record of your company, so an approved figure is used consistently.
  • Engines: the platform tracks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek and Grok. The content is meant to help across all major assistants, including Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Copilot, but those are not tracked in the dashboard.
  • Security: SOC 2 Type II compliant. OnlyAEO is governed by a Delaware corporation.
  • Other strengths: LLM Attribution logs 170+ AI crawlers and AI-referred visits. MCP lets Claude or ChatGPT add ideas, start articles, read drafts and request edits, as drafts only, so nothing reaches your site without approval.
  • Proof: FastTrackr AI, a wealth-tech company, went from 0.1% to 26.7% AI visibility and from #338 to #3 of 458 wealth-tech brands in about 100 days, between February and May 2026. fasttrackr.ai became the #4 most-cited source in its category in May and #2 by 26 August 2026. See our FastTrackr case study. This is one client's result, not a forecast.
  • Limits: 5 engines tracked, fewer than Profound's 9 or AthenaHQ's 11. No free plan. Younger, with fewer third-party reviews.
  • Skip it if: you have an in-house content and compliance workflow that already ships pages weekly, and you only need tracking.

Profound: best if you are a large financial brand that needs many engines and SSO

Profound shows a free 7-day Trial and a custom Enterprise plan covering up to 9 engines, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot, Gemini and DeepSeek. Enterprise lists SSO/SAML and SOC 2 compliance. Its Agents create and refresh content.

  • Strength: engine breadth and enterprise security features in one contract.
  • Limit: no published price; the trial uses 3 engines.
  • Skip it if: you are an early-stage fintech without an enterprise budget. See our OnlyAEO vs Profound comparison.

Conductor: best if your SEO programme already runs at enterprise scale

Conductor's security page lists SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and GDPR, and its FAQ says it supports SSO through SAML. Pricing is usage-based with no figures shown. Plans include Writing Assistant drafts, AEO and SEO reporting, and 24/7 website monitoring. Its own pages name ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and Google's AI features among the engines it covers, though the lists differ from page to page, so confirm coverage in a demo.

  • Strength: the most complete security list of the tools here, inside a full SEO suite.
  • Limit: built for large teams; no published price.
  • Skip it if: you are a small team that does not need an SEO suite.

Scrunch: best if you want self-run tracking with SOC 2 Type II and wide coverage

Scrunch says it has completed a SOC 2 Type II audit and is GDPR and CCPA compliant, with SSO for Enterprise plans. Starter is $300/mo, or $250/mo billed annually, for 350 prompts on 7 engines including Claude, Perplexity and Meta, with a 7-day trial.

  • Strength: security evidence and broad engine coverage at a published price.
  • Limit: it fixes and restructures existing pages rather than writing new ones.
  • Skip it if: your gap is missing explainer and comparison content.

Peec AI: best if your in-house team wants analytics at a known price

Peec AI's Starter plan is $95/mo for 50 prompts, 3 active models and unlimited seats. Its pricing page lists SOC 2 on every plan and SSO on Enterprise. It also offers a small number of fact-checked prompts per plan (5 on Starter) and facts per brand.

  • Strength: low entry price with security listed from the first plan.
  • Limit: 3 active models below Enterprise; no new article writing.
  • Skip it if: nobody on your team has time to act on the findings. See our OnlyAEO vs Peec AI comparison.

AthenaHQ: best if you want many engines on a credit model

AthenaHQ Starter is $295/mo for 3,600 credits (1 credit is 1 AI response) across 11 models, with a free Essential plan. Its pricing page lists SOC II and GDPR, with SAML SSO on Enterprise. Starter includes a content optimisation agent and brand voice enforcement.

  • Strength: the longest engine list on an entry plan of the tools here.
  • Limit: optimises content rather than writing full articles, as far as the page states.
  • Skip it if: you need finished, approved pages each month.

AirOps: best if your content team runs its own review process

AirOps lists "Human Review & Approvals", content review with quality scores, and version history among its features. Prices are not shown, there is a 14-day trial, and Solo covers ChatGPT only. Security certifications are not stated on its pricing page.

  • Strength: workflow tools for teams with their own writers and reviewers.
  • Limit: ask for security evidence before your risk team approves a trial.
  • Skip it if: you want the vendor to do the writing. See AirOps vs a managed AEO service.

Which one should you pick, by situation?

  • Compliance must approve every claim and you have no writers: OnlyAEO.
  • You are a large bank, broker or insurer with SSO requirements: Profound Enterprise or Conductor.
  • You want to track first, at a known price, with SOC 2 listed: Peec AI or Scrunch.
  • You need the widest engine list on an entry plan: AthenaHQ.
  • You have writers and want them in a governed workflow: AirOps.

How should a fintech team test an AEO platform before signing?

Test it on the questions where a wrong answer would worry your compliance team.

  1. Write 20 to 30 regulated-topic prompts. Include fee and pricing questions, "is [brand] safe", "is [brand] regulated", product comparisons, and "best [product] for [customer type]" questions.
  2. Check AI's answers against your approved facts. Flag wrong fees, wrong licence status, outdated products and invented features. Ask each vendor whether it keeps the full answer and the exact prompt so you can show it to compliance.
  3. List the sources AI cites. In finance, expect regulators, trade press, comparison sites and review platforms. Note which ones leave you out or describe you wrongly.
  4. Ask for one sample piece and its trail. For any vendor that writes, ask to see the sources behind each claim and where your approval step sits before publishing.
  5. Confirm nothing auto-publishes. Check the default setting, and who can change it.
  6. Send the security questionnaire before the trial. Ask for the SOC 2 Type II report, its period and any exceptions, plus SSO, data retention and sub-processors.
  7. Check how disclosures are handled. Confirm required risk wording can be kept on every page and is not edited out by a style or quality pass.

Questions fintech teams ask about AEO platforms

What is the best AEO platform for a fintech company?

If you need content created and approved by compliance before it goes live, OnlyAEO, which fact-checks every piece and publishes nothing without your approval by default. If you only need tracking, Peec AI (from $95/mo) and Scrunch (from $300/mo) list SOC 2 at a published price, checked 30 October 2026.

Which AEO platforms are SOC 2 compliant?

On their own pages: OnlyAEO (SOC 2 Type II), Scrunch (SOC 2 Type II), Conductor (SOC 2 Type II), Profound (SOC 2 on Enterprise), Peec AI (SOC 2 listed on every plan) and AthenaHQ (SOC II listed). Ask each for the report itself.

Can an AEO platform publish content without compliance approval?

Some can auto-publish, so check the default. OnlyAEO holds every piece for client approval by default, and its MCP access creates drafts only.

Has AEO worked for a wealth-tech company?

FastTrackr AI went from 0.1% to 26.7% AI visibility and from #338 to #3 of 458 wealth-tech brands in about 100 days with OnlyAEO. Results vary by brand and category, and no vendor can guarantee them.

What should fintech companies track in AI answers?

Whether AI names you for your core product questions, whether it states your fees, products and regulatory status correctly, and which sources it cites. Wrong facts in AI answers are a compliance issue as well as a marketing one.

Do AEO platforms support single sign-on?

Several do on enterprise plans: Profound (SSO/SAML), Conductor (SAML), Scrunch (SAML and OIDC on Enterprise, Google SSO on all plans), Peec AI and AthenaHQ (Enterprise). Confirm SSO on the plan you would buy.
