What Is the Best AEO Platform for Marketing Agencies in 2026?

Seven AEO platforms compared for agencies running AI visibility for client brands: multi-client workspaces, prices checked 30 October 2026, engines and content.

OnlyAEO publishes this page and OnlyAEO is our product. Prices were checked on each vendor's own pricing page on 30 October 2026.

This guide is for agencies that run AEO for their client brands. If your question is how to get your own agency named when buyers ask AI for an agency, read how a marketing agency gets recommended by AI instead. For the general version of this guide, see what is the best AEO platform in 2026.

What does a marketing agency need from an AEO platform?

An agency needs a platform that keeps every client brand separate, prices sensibly as the client list grows, and produces reports or content the agency can stand behind. Six criteria matter most.

  1. Multi-brand workspaces. You should switch between client brands without separate logins, and give each client access to its own brand only. Not every vendor supports this, so check it first.
  2. Cost per client that scales. Some tools price per domain, some per project, some from a shared credit pool. Model your cost at 5, 15 and 30 clients before you sign.
  3. Client-ready reporting. Exports, Data Studio or Looker connectors, an API or MCP, and scheduled reports save hours each month.
  4. Pitch audits. A quick visibility snapshot for a prospect helps you win the account. Some vendors give free pitch workspaces.
  5. Content capacity. Clients pay for movement, not dashboards. Decide who writes the pages each client needs, and how many per month.
  6. Engine coverage per client. A B2B client may need Claude and Copilot; a consumer brand may need Google AI Overviews and Perplexity. Check what each plan covers.

How did we compare these platforms?

We read each vendor's pricing, agency and product pages on 30 October 2026 and applied the six criteria above. We did not join any partner programme or sign up for paid plans. Where a vendor shows no price, we say "not shown" rather than repeat third-party figures.

Which AEO platform should an agency choose?

Peec AI: best if you track many client brands and report on them

Peec AI has a separate agency offer. Its agency page lists four annual plans by credit pool: Essential (10,000 credits, 111 prompts, 3 pitch projects), Growth (25,000 credits, 277 prompts, for 3 to 10 clients), Scale (65,000 credits, 722 prompts, for 11 to 25+ clients) and Comprehensive (custom). It does not show dollar prices for them. Every plan includes unlimited client seats and free 7-day pitch workspaces that sit outside your client quota, and Peec MCP is included on paid plans.

  • Strength: pitch workspaces and unlimited client seats suit an agency's sales cycle.
  • Limit: your team does the work the data points to. Peec does not describe writing new articles.
  • Skip it if: your clients are paying for content, not analytics.

SE Visible: best if you want a published agency price

SE Ranking's SE Visible lists an Agency plan "for agencies managing AI search across multiple clients": $399/mo, or $319/mo billed annually, for 1,000 prompts, 30 projects and unlimited seats, with a customer success manager. Its FAQ says agencies usually create one project per client, and that a client can log in and see only its own brand. Basic starts at $89/mo ($71/mo billed annually). There is a 10-day free trial.

  • Strength: a clear published price, so you can build it into client quotes.
  • Limit: no Perplexity tracking listed, and no content creation.
  • Skip it if: Perplexity matters to your clients' buyers.

Scrunch: best if you want one workspace with brand-only client access

Scrunch's agency page describes a single workspace for all client brands with no logging in and out, and role-based permissions that give clients brand-specific guest access. Agency pricing comes through its Agency Partner Program and is not published. The standard Starter plan is $300/mo, or $250/mo billed annually, with 7 engines including Claude, Perplexity and Meta, and a 7-day trial.

  • Strength: the clearest multi-client workspace description of the tools here, plus wide engine coverage.
  • Limit: you need a sales conversation to learn your agency price.
  • Skip it if: you need to price a client proposal this week.

Otterly.AI: best if you are a small agency starting an AEO service

Otterly.AI Lite is $29/mo ($25/mo billed annually) with one workspace. Standard is $189/mo ($160/mo billed annually) with 100 prompts and unlimited workspaces, and Premium is $489/mo for 400 prompts. Agencies can apply to an Agency Partner programme that lists separate environments for every client under one team login and extra prompts (150 on Standard, 500 on Premium).

  • Strength: low entry cost while you test demand for an AEO service.
  • Limit: Claude, Gemini and AI Mode are paid add-ons, and it gives audits and recommendations rather than drafts.
  • Skip it if: you need Claude covered for every client by default. See our OnlyAEO vs Otterly.AI comparison.

Profound: best if your clients are enterprise brands

Profound's pricing page mentions a self-serve Agency Growth plan with 400 credits per month per client workspace, but shows no price for it. Enterprise is custom, covers up to 9 engines, and lists SSO/SAML and SOC 2.

  • Strength: engine breadth and content Agents for large client accounts.
  • Limit: no published agency price.
  • Skip it if: your clients are small businesses with small retainers. See our OnlyAEO vs Profound comparison.

Semrush AI Visibility: best if you already run client SEO in Semrush

The AI Visibility Base plan is $99/mo per domain, billed annually, with 25 custom prompts on ChatGPT, Google AI, Gemini and Perplexity.

  • Strength: your team already knows the tool and its reports.
  • Limit: price is per domain, so cost grows with every client, and 25 prompts per domain is small.
  • Skip it if: you plan to run AEO for more than a few clients.

OnlyAEO: best if a client brand needs the content created, not just measured

OnlyAEO is an AEO platform. It finds the questions buyers ask AI, tracks which brands AI answers name and which sources they cite, and creates the content: fact-checked, answer-first articles on the client's own site, YouTube videos, and on the Authority plan, mentions on third-party sites, reviews, listings and directories. Your agency team can run it for a client brand, or our team can run it.

  • Best for: agencies whose clients have moved past "where do we stand" and now need pages, videos and mentions every month.
  • Price: Price on a short call. Plans are scoped per brand, so each client brand is its own plan. We do not advertise a multi-client dashboard.
  • Engines: the platform tracks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek and Grok. The content is meant to help across all major assistants, including Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Copilot.
  • Strengths: five checks on every piece (facts against sources, voice, tested links, an independent quality score of 85+, and client approval; by default nothing goes live until the client approves). A Context graph holds one record of each client brand, so voice and facts stay consistent. Languages include English plus Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali and other Indian and global languages. MCP lets Claude or ChatGPT add ideas, start articles, read drafts and request edits, as drafts only.
  • Proof: FastTrackr AI went from 0.1% to 26.7% AI visibility in about 100 days (case study). A New York edibles retailer went from 1.5% to 25% (case study). These are past results, not forecasts.
  • Limits: 5 engines tracked, fewer than Profound or AthenaHQ. No free plan or free pitch workspace. Younger, with fewer third-party reviews.
  • Skip it if: your service is reporting only and your own writers produce the content. A tracker with multi-client workspaces will cost less.

Which one should your agency pick, by situation?

  • You report on 10 or more client brands: Peec AI agency plans or SE Visible Agency.
  • You want clients to log in and see only their brand: Scrunch, or SE Visible's client access.
  • You are testing an AEO service with two or three clients: Otterly.AI.
  • Your clients are enterprises with security reviews: Profound.
  • Your SEO clients already live in Semrush: Semrush AI Visibility, for a few domains.
  • A client wants articles, videos and mentions produced and fact-checked: OnlyAEO for that brand.

Many agencies combine a multi-client tracker for reporting with a content platform for the clients that need production.

How should an agency test an AEO platform before signing?

Test it on two or three real client brands in different industries, not on a demo brand.

  1. Set up each client as its own brand or project. Check that switching between them is quick and that data never mixes.
  2. Invite a client contact as a guest. Confirm they see only their own brand, and nothing about your other clients.
  3. Price the tool at 5, 15 and 30 clients. Work it out per project, per domain or per credit, and add any engine add-ons each client needs.
  4. Run a pitch audit on a live prospect. Time how long it takes to get a snapshot you would show in a sales meeting.
  5. Export a monthly report. Check whether it drops into your own reporting template or needs rebuilding by hand. Our guide to the monthly AEO report for agency clients lists what to include.
  6. Count the content hours. For each test client, list the pages the tool says to publish, and who on your team would write them.
  7. Ask what changes when a client leaves. Confirm the client keeps its content and history, and that its seat and data are removed cleanly.

Questions agencies ask about AEO platforms

What is the best AEO tool for an agency with many clients?

For tracking and reporting across many brands, Peec AI's agency plans and SE Visible's Agency plan ($399/mo for 30 projects, checked 30 October 2026) are built for it. Scrunch offers a single multi-client workspace through its Agency Partner Program.

Which AEO platforms let clients see only their own brand?

Scrunch describes brand-specific guest access for clients, and SE Visible's FAQ says a client logs in and sees only their brand. Check which plan includes client access before you sign.

How much does an AEO platform cost an agency per client?

It depends on the pricing model. Semrush AI Visibility is $99/mo per domain billed annually, so each client adds that amount. SE Visible Agency is $399/mo for up to 30 projects. Peec AI and Scrunch agency prices are not published.

Do any AEO platforms create content for client brands?

Yes. OnlyAEO creates fact-checked articles, YouTube videos and, on the Authority plan, third-party mentions, with client approval before anything goes live. Profound's Agents and AirOps also create content; most trackers give recommendations only.

Can an agency use OnlyAEO for several clients?

Yes, with each client brand on its own plan, scoped on a short call. OnlyAEO does not advertise a multi-client dashboard, so agencies that mainly need cross-client tracking may prefer Peec AI, SE Visible or Scrunch for that part.

Which AI engines should an agency track for clients?

Match the client's buyers. B2B clients usually need ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot. Consumer and local clients often need Google AI Overviews, AI Mode and Perplexity. Pick a plan that covers each client's engines without paying for add-ons you will not use.
